Owned by Linda and Ron Kling the Eagles Nest Gift Shoppe resides in a
building that was originally a "wash house" used to butcher
the farm animals and can the meat, process apple butter and other canned
foods. The original twin fire place is still in operation along with
the cast iron kettles and copper kettle used for displaying florals in the
shoppe. The bell tower is also in working condition and was rung to
bring the men and children in from the fields for dinner. The building
was constructed from the old time German Siding.

T
he name "Eagles Nest" came from Isaiah 40:31. "God said things are birthed
in the nest, nurtured, grown and then told to fly". "We pray God's hand will be
on every aspect of this new journey and He will receive all the Glory". With Gods
blessing the plan is to expand the gift shoppe to two other out buildings located
near the shoppe and offer garden and lawn decor.
The shoppe will be consistantly adding new merchandise.
